Pick up at your hotel, transfer
to the local airport for an air transfer to David where you
will visit the Rio Majagua. Bath in the crystal clear waters.

Day 4 |
Engage in the most spectacularly
scenic white water rafting at the Chiriqui River (Class II,
III, IV). Overnight in the Panamonte Hotel or Villa

Day 5 |
Visit to Cerro Punta Terrace
Plantation, The Carta Vieja Rum Factory. Overnight at Bambito,
Los Rios or Los Quetzales Hotel. |
Day 6 |
Transfer to the airport to fly
back to Panama City. Ground transfer to Cerro Azul. Enjoy
nature hike and beautiful views of the sunset. Take a dip in
the Jacuzzi or swimming pool, relax in the sauna and spa.

beautiful beach with sports such as kayaking, windsurfing,
snorkeling, volleyball and water-skiing. It also has a BBQ
restaurant, pool and transportation to take you on 5 minute
rides from the hotel to the beach. Coronado Golf course is a

Day 3 |
Enjoy another fee day at

Day 4 |
Transfer to El Valle de Anton,
enjoy waterfalls and a canopy tour. Overnight at Hotel Rincon

Day 5 |
Tour to Valle Indian Market,

Day 1 |
Pick up at the airport and
transferred to the mountain town of El Valle de Anton where
you will overnight in the Hotel Rincon Vallero located 1-1/2
hours from Panama City. This paradiscal area rises
considerably above sea level where a great ecological variety
exists. |
Day 2 |
Visit the El Valle Indian Market,
the Nispero Zoo and the Canopy Adventure. Overnight at the
Hotel Rincon Vallero, which boasts 5-star service, AC bedroom
with TV and hot water. The hotel also has swimming pools, a
Children's Play Park, bicycles, horses and a
restaurant. |
Day 3 |
In the morning you will embark on
an exciting mule journey along the Mesoamerica Biological
Trail, to the Cerro La Vieja. Explore and hike in the
surrounding area for white tail deer, wild cats, armadillos
and many species of birds. Overnight at the Posada Cerro La
Vieja located in a Central American biological corridor where
ecological hikes are very rewarding. |
Day 4 |
Begin the day with a soft trek
towards Tavida Falls only 3 hours away where you can enjoy a
refreshing swim. Renew yourself with skin treatments and mud
baths. Overnight at the Posada Cerro La Vieja. |
Day 5 |
Ground transfer to Rio Mar, San
Carlos located only 2 hours from Panama City. Relish your free
afternoon frolicking in a secluded sandy beach or riverside.
Overnight at the Hotel Playa Rio Mar that will delight you
with their well appointed rooms, delicious dishes, and
children and adult pools. |
Day 6 |
Spend the day taking advantage of
all the wonderful amenities described above. Overnight at
Hotel Playa Rio Mar. |
Day 7 |
Ground transfer to Cerro Azul. En
route, enjoy leisurely tour of the Panama Canal. Overnight at
Hotel Casa de Campo Country Inn & Spa and prepare to be
pampered. |
Day 8 |
Early morning transfer on a
microbus with a naturalist guide. You are headed for the
community of Nuevo Vigia to board a motorized dug out canoe
for a ride to the Alajuela Lake, the second largest manmade
lake in Panama. Upon arrival, explore the Chocoe Indian
Community while the guide describes a brief history. Enjoy
their flute welcome dance, purchase handicrafts and swim in
the cool waters. Spend the night at the Hotel Casa de
Campo. |
Day 9 |
Morning hike for bird watching at
Chagres National Park. Return to airport for late afternoon
flight. |
